These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of NPGEN (the “Service”), including tools such as AI Image Enhancer/Upscaler, Remove Background (Remove BG), and Face Restoration. By accessing or using NPGEN, you agree to these Terms.
NPGEN is provided by Everest Soft Tech, Nepal.
1) Eligibility & Agreement
By using NPGEN, you confirm that you are allowed to use this Service under applicable laws in your region. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2) Service Description
NPGEN provides free online AI image tools that can enhance and upscale images, remove backgrounds, and restore faces in photos. AI results can vary depending on image quality, lighting, and other factors.
3) Acceptable Use
You agree to use NPGEN only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the Service, other users, or third parties. You are responsible for any content you upload and how you use the outputs.
4) Strict Prohibited Content & Illegal Use
Illegal content and misuse are strictly prohibited. You must NOT upload, process, or use NPGEN to create, edit, share, or distribute:
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitation, harassment, threats, or blackmail.
• Hate content, extremist propaganda, or content that promotes violence.
• Content that violates privacy rights (doxxing, stalking, or unauthorized use of personal images).
• Any content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Malware, phishing, automated scraping, spam, or attempts to disrupt the Service.
• Any illegal or unlawful content under applicable laws.
We may block, suspend, or restrict access for suspected abuse, and may cooperate with lawful requests where required.
5) Image Rights & Permissions
You must have the legal rights and necessary permissions to upload and edit any image you use on NPGEN. If your image contains other people, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to use and edit their likeness, especially for face restoration or portrait improvements.
6) Face Restoration Use Rules
Face Restoration is intended for improving quality of old or blurry photos. You must not use it to impersonate others, commit fraud, or mislead people about identity. You are responsible for how you use the results.
7) Ads, Monetization & Google AdSense
To keep NPGEN free, we may display advertisements (including Google AdSense) and use analytics. We do not ask users to click ads, and we do not provide rewards for clicking AdSense ads. Ad placements and availability may change at any time.
8) Privacy Policy
Your use of NPGEN is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use information.
9) No Warranty
NPGEN is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will always meet your expectations. AI outputs may contain artifacts or inaccuracies.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NPGEN and Everest Soft Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.
11) Intellectual Property
NPGEN branding, website design, code, and tool experience are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without permission, except as allowed by law.
12) Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update or change NPGEN features, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to NPGEN if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the Service for abuse, illegal activity, or harmful behavior.
